The House, Worn

Worn together.

Hand-polished Italian acetate on travertine
The Material

Hand-poured Italian acetate.

Cut from cellulose-acetate blocks poured in small batches in Lombardy and layered for depth. Every Soletti frame is sliced and shaped by hand, then tumbled for seventy-two hours. The polish is what acetate does when it is left alone long enough.

Every frame arrives as a small ceremony.

A full-grain leather case, an optician’s cloth, and a numbered certificate of authenticity — signed by the atelier before it leaves Milan.
