These Terms govern your use of maisonsoletti.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you accept these Terms.
1.0 Who we are
Maison Soletti is the trade name of Soletti Eyewear LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us", "Maison Soletti")
We sell hand-cut acetate eyewear made, Italy, curated luxury timepieces, and related accessories. We are not an authorised dealer of Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, or Richard Mille. We are a curator of privately-held inventory, sourced and verified by us. Timepieces are offered as collector items on the secondary market.
2.0 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract under the law of your jurisdiction to place an order. By ordering, you represent that this is the case.
3.0 Orders and acceptance
3.1 Offer and acceptance
Product listings are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation by email.
3.2 Right to refuse
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing or descriptive error, sanctions or export restrictions, or limits on per-customer quantity. Where an order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund.
3.3 Provenance verification for timepieces
Each timepiece is offered with provenance paperwork. We reserve the right to re-verify provenance prior to shipment, which typically takes 1 to 3 business days and may extend longer for pieces of significant value. We will keep you informed of progress. If verification cannot be completed to our standard, we will cancel and refund the order in full.
4.0 Pricing and payment
4.1 Currency
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) by default. Currency conversion at checkout is provided by our payment processor as a convenience; the rate shown is indicative.
4.2 Taxes and duties
US sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. For international orders, import duties, VAT, GST, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility unless DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) is selected at checkout, where available.
4.3 Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order confirmation. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorise us and our processors to charge the relevant instrument.
4.4 Errors
If a price or product description is published in error, we are not obliged to honour it. We will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the corrected terms or to cancel for a full refund.
5.0 Title, risk, and delivery
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on shipment from our facility. From that point, the carrier acts as the buyer's agent. Insured shipments are protected per section 5.0 of the Shipping Policy.
6.0 Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights where they apply.
7.0 Warranties and disclaimers
7.1 Eyewear
Frames are warranted free from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser, subject to the Refund Policy section 4.1.
7.2 Timepieces
Timepieces are sold as collector items. We pass through any unexpired manufacturer warranty in the seller's name and confirm the piece is as described. We make no representation, express or implied, regarding future valuation, aftermarket pricing, or investment performance. Any view expressed by us regarding a piece's market is opinion, not advice.
7.3 General
To the maximum extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.
8.0 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of use, or loss of data. Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9.0 Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, epidemic, government action, sanctions, carrier disruption, customs delay, or supplier failure. Where such an event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either party may cancel the affected order for a full refund.
10.0 Intellectual property
The Maison Soletti name, logo, photography, and site content are owned by Soletti Eyewear LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
11.0 California residents
If you are a California resident, you have specific privacy rights including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. See the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the site footer, and section 8.0 of our Privacy Policy.
12.0 Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cheyenne, Florida, and both parties submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This provision does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory laws of their country of residence where those laws cannot be derogated from by agreement.
13.0 General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding any order.
We may amend these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on the site. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order.
