Refund Policy

This policy sets out the conditions under which Maison Soletti accepts returns, exchanges, and refunds. It applies to all purchases made through maisonsoletti.com and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1.0 Eyewear Frames
1.1 Return window
Frames may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery for any reason. No justification is required.
1.2 Condition of return
To qualify, the frame must be:
- Unworn, with no signs of wear on the lenses, bridge, or temples
- Returned in its original Maison Soletti case
- Accompanied by the hand-written card included in the original shipment
Frames returned without the case or the card may be refused, or refunded at a reduced amount reflecting the missing components.
1.3 Prescription lens upgrades
Frames fitted with custom prescription lenses are considered bespoke and are not eligible for return under section 1.1. They remain covered under the defect provisions in section 4.0.
2.0 Timepieces
2.1 As described
Every timepiece offered by Maison Soletti is described in detail before sale and is available for in-person viewing by appointment. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the piece, request additional photography, or arrange a viewing prior to placing an order.
2.2 Final sale threshold
Any timepiece order with a total order value of USD 10,000 or more is final sale. No return, exchange, or refund will be issued except where the piece is materially not as described or covered under section 4.2.
2.3 Orders under USD 10,000
Timepieces purchased at a total order value below USD 10,000 may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery, provided the watch is returned unworn, with all original boxes, papers, tags, and links, and via the insured return method specified by Maison Soletti.
3.0 Accessories
Cases, cleaning cloths, lens kits, and other accessories may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Prescription lens upgrades and any item marked "made to order" at checkout are final sale.
4.0 Defective merchandise
4.1 Frames — lifetime repair
Maison Soletti repairs manufacturing defects on its eyewear frames for the lifetime of the product, at no cost to the original purchaser. Damage caused by ordinary wear, accident, or improper handling is not covered but may be repaired at cost.
4.2 Timepieces — manufacturer warranty
Timepieces are sold with the original manufacturer warranty where one applies, passed through to the buyer in the seller's name. Maison Soletti is not an authorised dealer of Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, or Richard Mille and does not extend its own warranty on timepieces. Where a manufacturer warranty is void or expired, repair is available at cost through our service partners.
5.0 Process
5.1 To initiate a return
Write to choucroun123@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with a return authorisation and shipping instructions within two business days.
5.2 Inspection and refund
Refunds are processed within five (5) business days of our receipt of the returned item, to the original payment method. Bank settlement times beyond that period are outside our control.
5.3 Shipping costs
Outbound shipping is non-refundable except where the item is confirmed defective under section 4.0, in which case both outbound and return shipping will be reimbursed.
5.4 Risk of loss in transit
Return shipments remain the buyer's responsibility until received and inspected by Maison Soletti. We recommend insured, signature-required service for any return valued above USD 500.
6.0 Statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, the buyer's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU for EU consumers and equivalent rights under UK and US state law.
Maison Soletti is the trade name of Soletti Eyewear LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
