Shipping Policy

This policy explains how orders are processed and shipped. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1.0 Processing time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Stated times begin from the date payment is confirmed.
- Eyewear frames: 3 business days
- Accessories: 2 business days
- Timepieces: 5 to 7 business days, allowing for provenance verification (Terms section 3.3)
We will email a tracking number when the order ships.

2.4 Timepieces over USD 10,000
Shipped exclusively by DHL Express, fully insured, signature required, at our cost. The shipping fee is included in the purchase price. No alternative method is offered.
3.0 Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, GST, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country, unless DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) is selected at checkout where available.
Declared value. All international shipments are declared at full transaction value. We do not under-declare or mark shipments as gifts under any circumstance. Misdeclaration is a customs offence in every jurisdiction we ship to.
Refused parcels that are returned to us due to unpaid duties remain the buyer's responsibility; outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
4.0 Address accuracy
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delay or loss caused by an incorrect address. Address changes after dispatch are subject to carrier policy and any fees the carrier charges.
5.0 Risk of loss and insurance
5.1 Transfer of risk
Title and risk transfer to the buyer on shipment from our facility (Terms section 5.0).
5.2 Insured shipments
Timepieces and any shipment marked as insured at dispatch are covered against loss or damage in transit up to the declared value. Claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of confirmed carrier delivery or, in the case of loss, within 48 hours of the carrier's last tracking update.
5.3 Uninsured loss after delivery
Once the carrier records confirmed delivery to the address on file, Maison Soletti is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to uninsured shipments. We recommend selecting a signature-required service for all orders.
6.0 Undeliverable, refused, and returned packages
If a package is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable, we will contact the buyer to arrange re-shipment at the buyer's cost, or to issue a refund less outbound shipping and any carrier return fees.
7.0 Sanctions and restricted destinations
We do not ship to destinations or persons subject to US, EU, or UK sanctions. Orders flagged by our screening will be cancelled and refunded.
