Cain is the only cat-eye in the collection — slim grey acetate, smoked lens, made for a woman who reads the menu in Italian. We paired it with the Patek Aquanaut Chronograph in rose gold and brown dial — the only Patek that argues for being worn at a beach in Capri. Both pieces share a single trait: they refuse to be noticed first.
Introduced in 1997, the Aquanaut took the rounded-octagon language into a more contemporary, casual register — a embossed 'tropical' dial and a supple composite strap.
